Shipping policy
Orders in New Zealand
Your order is shipped directly from my studio in Christchurch, New Zealand. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- All local orders are sent via courier.
- Allow 3-6 working days for your parcel to arrive from time of order.
- Orders are generally processed in 2-3 working days.
- You will received an email with a confirmation and tracking number will be sent upon order with instructions how to track and trace.
I am afraid that I cannot guarantee delivery times by my courier service and there may be delays from time to time which are beyond my (or even their!) control.
PACKAGING
All orders are packaged in such a way as to keep your treasures physically safe and secure, while using minimal and sustainable packaging.
GIFT ORDERS
If your order is a gift, please feel welcome to add a short note in the comments section of your order and I will add a small gift card for you with the jewellery. Please note, also, that ALL ORDERS are sent out without an invoice or pricing information.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order goes missing, please let me know as soon as possible. I can lodge an investigation and enquiry with the shipping provider in an attempt to recover your parcel.
International orders

When purchasing from outside of New Zealand, or wanting your order to be delivered outside of New Zealand, please be aware you may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearances levied by the receiving country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches said country.
These charges are not included in the prices on this website. Please contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, restrictions and fees.
